Yes, as long as your computer resources will allow you to you can run as many of our software tools on your computer as your computer can handle.

Yes you can use the software on up to 2 computers at the exact same time.

Do I Need To Be Connected To The Internet In Order For The Software To Work?

Yes, your computer must have the ability to connect to the Internet as the software will need that in order to perform it’s various functions.

Do You Provide Free Updates?

Updates for all products will be free of charge for all our product , you will be able to update your software just by login to your account if there’s a new version

Does The Software Run On Windows XP or Vista?

The software will not run properly on Windows XP as windows has stopped supporting this operating system. Windows Vista was replaced with Windows 7, so our advice is that if you own XP or Vista that you upgrade your operating system to either Windows 7 , 8, 8.1, or 10 prior to making the purchase.

How Many Computers Can I Install The Software On?

You can install software on up to 2 computers. If you need to install the software on more than 2 computers then you may need to purchase an additional license.

How Many Customers Do You Currently Have?

Is There A Monthly Fee With Any of The Products?

There are no monthly fees on any of our products that we offer at the moment.  this may change in the future.

Is Your Softwares Mac Compatible?

Our software is Mac Compatible only when using Parallels. If you have a Mac and want to run any of our software you would need to do so by using it in conjunction with Parallels

What Format Is The Training Content Delivered In?

The content is delivered in video format only.  In due time this may change to include pdf’s and text documents but because content can change so rapidly we have chosen to take this direction.

What happens once I make a purchase?

You’ll get immediate access to Your Online Bot99 Account and resources based off of what product you purchased.  Your should receive an email with your license details to the PayPal email account address that you used to make the purchase.

What Kind of Support Do You Offer Your Customers?

We support all of our customers in various ways. We have a support center that you can access by clicking here. We are also online anywhere from 8 to 12 hours daily to answer questions that come through our support center when you submit a ticket . We also make it our priority to try and address every support ticket within 24 hours from the time that we receive it.

What Payment Options Do You Have Available?

Why Does My Antivirus Software Sometimes Flag The Software As A Potential Virus On My Computer?

Since this is a desktop application and there are many different antivirus software tools available not all of them know how to classify each software program.  When this happens the software program will sometimes get flagged by the antivirus software as being a virus/malware even if it is not true.  This is what you would call a false positive. With 100% certainty we can guarantee that 100% of our software tools are virus/malware free and it has been this way since we release our very first software tool.
